During this session, we assess your hair condition, discuss your vision, and determine the appropriate colour, cut, products, and time required for your service. This ensures a seamless, tailored experience when you return for your appointment.
Booking Policy:
* A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.
* Appointments may be rescheduled once, provided notice is given at least 5 days in advance.
* Rescheduling more than once will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
* Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.
